1. Information We Collect
FujiVy does not collect any personal information. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information
- We do not upload or store your photos on any server
- We do not track your location
- We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs that transmit data
2. Photo Library Access
FujiVy requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select photos for editing. This access is used only to:
- Display photos from your library for you to select
- Read the selected photo into the editor for processing
- Save edited photos back to your library upon your explicit request
All photo processing is performed locally on your device using the GPU. No photo data is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
3. App Store & Apple
FujiVy is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information as part of the App Store experience (such as purchase records and crash logs submitted through Apple's systems). This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.
4. Children's Privacy
FujiVy does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no data at all, FujiVy is safe for all ages.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through an app update. Continued use of FujiVy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
